Happy Thanksgiving!!

We had a great Thanksgiving! We went over to my parents house this year. Mom outdid herself again! THank you momma!

This year is no different than any other year... we have A LOT to be THANKFUL for!
We are so THANKFUL for our family. They help us out so much. I love each and everyone of them!
We are very THANKFUL for Jaycies Medical team... taking care of her around the clock! Between them and God... She'll be home in no time!

Kids keeping busy

So yesterday while I went to the hospital to visit with bebe girl, the big kids got to go to Grandma and Grandpas. Gram came to visit too! So what was one way Grandpa kept the kids busy??

They also got to play in a dirt pile. They came home clean tho (grandma bathed them). Hunter just came home clothesless.

What are we up too?

The kids are adjusting well with me leaving them everyday. I try hard to either have Matt or me here. But somedays they get to spend with grandparents or aunt and uncle. I think they like that too!



Alexis asks all about Jaycie since she got to saw her. Asks if she still has this on or that on, she is a very smart girl.



Hunter asks when we can take her home. I tell him after we clean the WHOLE HOUSE.... baseboards and fans and... I just keep going and he says awwwwww man. HAHA Its a good way to get his mind off it!



Tate... Knows shes not in my stomache anymore. He will touch my stomache and say Jaycie at? and pretend to go look for her "jaycie are you??". I show him pictures and he says "There you are"



Ive been driving back and forth everyday. On good days I get there quickly... on a day I get bad news it seems I cant get there quick enough.



Matt is going to go see her again tonight after work or possibly tomorrow morning before work... Im not exactly sure.

Alexis' 1st SnapCap performance

Alexis had her parade.... IT was 3 miles... I had to drop her off at the "loading station"/beginning and pick her up at the "destaging"/ end. So obviously we parked at the end and sat at the end of the parade. Welll... by the time she came to us... she was
1. tired
2. the generator ran out of gas and the music stopped playing so I didnt even get to see her dance
3. tired... warn out... and already 5 1/2 hours into her day.
She had her stage show..... 8 1/2 hours into her day. SHE WAS TIRED! She did good tho! Smiled the whole time!

Kids will be kids.

Prefold Color Fun

Clothdiapering. I wanted to "EMBELLISH" my boring ol prefolds. To make them FUN! So I asked the SIL if she would help with the craft project and we got to it. Here is how they turned out!

I still want to "EMBELLISH" them with Fabric in the middle. But I am very happy with how they turned out. I'll be sure to post an after pic when they are ALL DONE!

Halloween Fun!

The kids had fun this year. It was so much fun watching the kids run to the houses.

We went with my 2 nephews and brother and sister-in-law. From Left to Right Top to Bottom.

Braden was Optimus Prime, Blake was Squirt (a turtle off Nemo), Alexis was Sleeping Beauty,Hunter was Bumble Bee and Tate was Spiderman.

** Dont Mind Tates Shoes... He found them, Put them on (wrong feet) all byhimself. How can you switch them??**
