The results are in...

Matt and I are having a baby. We went to our MID-pregnancy ultrasound today to find out we are having a baby girl! We are all super excited. This will be our last baby for sure. We thought we were done at 3 but quickly realized how much we love being parents and weighed the pros and cons and got pregnant on our first month trying. We are truely blessed to be given such great gifts. So the new bundle of joy will make her appearance around the New year.
Her name will be ....
Jaycie Aspen Danielle

Alexis is just THRILLED that she will have a sister. Hunter is excited to have a baby. Tate... well... Tate will take some adjusting :)

Hunter got to go to his FIRST MLB Game today. THE DIAMONDBACKS! My parents (Amma & Papa) got tickets a neighbor wasnt using. 5th row. Mom and Dad took Hunter and Braden. Hunter was so excited, we got him a Diamondback hat and a little outfit to wear. He had a good time. He got to get Baxter the Bobcats signature. Here a few pictures from the day. BTW... Alexis wanted to try out for the dance team at her dance studio. "Dynamite Express" or her group specifically "SNAPCAPS". The team is consisted of approximately 100 dancers from ages 5-17. Although Alexis is 4 years old she still tryed-out. After a week of dance camp and learning various routines. Saturday came to try-out day. She thought of it as a special day. She wore a cute dance outfit, got some makeup on, got her hair done in curlers. She was excited. She tryed-out and wouldnt find out until Sunday. Sunday comes... and I go see if she made it. Well... there her name rested on the list... ALEXIS ROBERTSON... a snapcap. She was so excited. She was like IM A SNAPCAP! IM A SNAPCAP! Shes excited. The dance team will do various performances around the State and chances to go out of state. She is so excited. The pictures of her are the day of Try-outs.

New start...

I would like to keep the journal up alot more. I would hope to write in it at least once a week. Lets see how I do. Lets update shall we!!

Matt- Matt is at Staples now. He was working for Circuit City but they sent him to TUCSON and wouldnt send him back closer to home. The commute was awful. So he switched companies and is enjoying it. Hes doing great all around.

Me- Well I have been in the Oncology department for over a year now but decided I needed a switch. I am now in the Post Partum (Labor and Delivery) unit. I love it. Its where I always wanted to be as an Nursing Assistant. I get to hold the babies... Feed them... Bathe them... What more can I ask for!!

Alexis- She turned 4! I know I know by BIG 4 year old! She has her second dance recital this week and is very excited. She is dancing to "Splish Splash I was takin a bath..." She is super excited. She finished her first year of preschool... she attended Light of Christ preschool. She loved it. She is doing exceedingly well! I am so proud of her. She is a great self teacher... She LOVES helping with her brothers. She is a little mom. She did a pageant a few months ago and loved it. Im not sure if we will sign her up for more or not... She got Second Runner up but she had so much fun and thats all that I care about!

Hunter- Well my boy turned 3. This past year he had to have ear surgery and get tubes put in. His speech has done wonders since this. His ear infections even better! Im glad he's out of pain. He finished his first season of Tee Ball and loved it. He loved hitting the ball and running to get the ball and "FLYING" to the bases... He loved his uniform. But most of all.... he loved that ALL EYES were on him!! He has been sucha good sport watching Alexis while she did dance and never complained. We were all glad when it was HIS TURN! I cant wait to get another sport to sign him up for!

Tate- My tater. He is now 20 months old. Can you believe less than 4 months until he's TWO? OMG! OMG! Hes a sweet pistol. He is my little short fused tempered red head! But I wouldnt have it any other way... Hes been swimming in Amma and Papa's pool and doing great (with floaties of course) He thinks he's one of the "BIG" kids.

New Year New Goals

Every year before the first day of school since about juinor high. I would get my stuff ready and tell myself this year WOULD BE DIFFERENT. I would tell myself I will study this long and turn in all my assignements and be a better student. Ill keep my trapper keeper (remember those hahaha) / binder organized and I would make good grades. Evey year of course... it was the same thing. Im only human. I was never a better student I was just ME. Im unorganized, I made grades to get to the next year, I thought of school as social time. But that NEVER stopped me from making making a goal every year. Even if I never met it.
Thats kind of how a New Years resolution is isnt it? Every year we vow its a new begining, Things are gonna change. And they rarely do. BUT that doesnt stop us from a goal/ NY resolution. And it shouldnt.
This year... I feel I want to change so much in my life... its crazy. I cant stop thinking of goals to add to my new years resolution. Here they are
- Read a book every night for bed time to the kids (that I am home and not at work)
- Eat more organic food
- Eat way less fast food
- Be more organized (house, bills, car)
- Go on one date night every two months at least (this is better than the ONE date night Matt and I had all year)
- Blog more on the family blog (www.ourbabyfeet.blogspot.com )
- Bring my camera with me more to take pics of the kids

Who does the dishes? I DO! Matt gags at the smallest things :) He will do the floors and counters tho :)

Who does the laundry? Uhhhh Matt does!

Who sleeps on the right side? Matt does. Well I do sometimes too. We switch :)

Who pays the bills? Matt hands me the money and I pay them

Who mows the lawn? Ummm in AZ you get 15 tons of rock and call it a yard :)

Who cooks dinner? ME! ME! :)

Who drives when you are together? Matt does. But I correct his every action ahhahahaha!! Im a great backseat driver!

Who is more stubborn? I am. I hold grudges for silly things!

Who is the first to admit when they are wrong? Obviously Matt since Im more stubborn haha! But I am NEVER wrong to admit to.

Whos parents do you see the most? Well maybe mine? But we see his alot too. I live about 2 min away from mine tho so I see them almost everyday :)

Who proposed? Matt did.

Who has more siblings? Well... I have a brother and three girls I call sister (since Ive known them for over 18 years) Matt has a half brother that is about 15 years younger that he never sees.

Who has more friends? Well we mainly have family. Aquainances and people that we never see!

Who wears the pants? I buy them... he wears them :)
